Question & Answer Session with Tom Ho - International Event Rider

Thomas Heffernan Ho is an up and coming international Event Rider who started his competitive riding career right here with Pony Club in Hong Kong. He is currently based in the UK where he trains and competes professionally in Eventing.

Thomas was on the team that won the Silver Medal for Eventing at the 2019 FEI Asian Championships in Pattaya, Thailand. He and his horse Tayberry have also qualified to represent Hong Kong at the Tokyo Olympic Games, which are now scheduled to take place next summer (July/ August 2021.)

Thomas’ dream is to bring home Hong Kong’s first Eventing Olympic medal. He is driven to become a top international rider to promote Eventing in Hong Kong, and to inspire others (like you!) to follow in his footsteps.
