Clive Reed Clinics
The Hong Kong Pony Club was delighted to welcome Clive Reed, our in-house jumping coach, back to Hong Kong. Clive held jump clinics throughout the week of 9-15 February at Clearwater Bay Equestrian and Education Centre, Lo Wu Saddle Club, Beas River Equestrian Centre and Tuen Mun Public Riding School. Senior Camp
This year a special 3-day residential camp for senior members was held at the beautiful Beas River Country Club between April 6th - 9th. View the photos
Spring Camp
The first Pony Camp of 2009 for younger riders took place at Tuen Mun Public Riding School between May 1st - 3rd. The camp culminated in an exciting jumping competiton in which our riders reached dizzying heights! View the photos
The Raggerty Ball
On the 29th May 2009, over 150 Pony Clubbers and their friends attended the third Raggerty Ball, whose theme was 'Masquerade'. This time the event was held at Hong Kong Parkview. (Special thanks to Joss Fleischer-Ballard for the excellent dance floor pictures). View the photos
Autumn Camp
The Autumn Pony Camp, which is open to members of all ages, took place between September 24th - 26th. The highlight on the final day was a series of musical rides by the different teams. View the photos
Cone Scurry
A chilly November 21st evening saw young members enjoying a fun cone scurry at Pokfulam Public riding School. The evening was rounded off with a very competitive foot race! View the photos
The Philip Day Memorial Bowl and Cup
Once again, the annual Philip Day Memorial Cup and Bowl event was held on Sunday 13th December, 2009 at Tuen Mun Public Riding School. Specatators were entertained by an exciting afternoon's show jumping. View the photos
