Philip Day Cup and Bowl

The annual Philip Day Memorial Cup and Bowl event was held on Saturday 8th december, 2007 at Tuen Mun. (Apologies for the quality of the pictures, shooting conditions were tricky!) View gallery.

IPE (Inter Pacific Exchange) 2007

IPE (Inter Pacific Exchange) is an exchange programme for Pony Clubbers, aged 17 to 21, to meet every two years in a different country, within the Pacific region, to compete against each other individually and as a team for their country.

This year Pony Club sent a team of four to Lexington,Kentucky to represent Hong Kong Pony Club at the IPE gathering. They were Francis Lo, Joyce Chow, Jah Ying and Tung Ching. Peta Duncalf was the Coach and Sally Cinnamond, Chaperone. View gallery.

The Raggerty Ball 2007

On the 26th October 2007, over 160 Pony Clubbers and their friends danced the night away at the first Raggerty Ball. The event was held at the Double Haven restaurant at the Shatin Jockey Club. View gallery.

Autumn Pony Camp 2007

This year's Autumn Pony Camp took place between September 29th and October 1st. 60 eager members spent three days caring for and riding their ponies, eating pizza and playing fun (but muddy!) games. We present a selection of photographs (mostly taken by Elaine Chan - thanks Elaine!) showing the highlights of the camp - including our D.C. running a jump course! View gallery.

BBQ and Water Games

June 23rd saw the final Pony Club event before the summer break. Members and their families enjoyed a tasty barbecue, after which the members had great fun playing water games. The evening ended with a free-for-all water fight!! Check out the aquatic fun here. View gallery.

Easter Camp 2007

Between the 11th to the 13th of April, 48 Pony Club members took part in our Easter Camp at Tuen Mun Public Riding School. Everyone enjoyed three days of mucking out, riding, stable management, road safety lectures, course building, fun and games. Equestrian Federation Spring Carnival

On April 8th, 2007 we were delighted to take part in the Spring Carnival, organised by the Hong Kong Equestrian Federation and held at the world-famous Happy Valley racecourse. We held a fancy dress parade, demonstrated the skills involved in vaulting, and performed some exciting pony games. Here is a small selection of pictures of that day. View gallery.
