Junior Camp - May 2010
Please read all of the information on this page. Sign-up and parental consent forms are at the bottom of this announcement.
The next Pony Club Camp will be held at Tuen Mun Public Riding School on May 21st, 22nd & 23rd 2010. Spaces are limited to about 48 pony riders for operational reasons. As this is the Junior Camp, applicants in the 7-11 age group will have the first priority for Camp places. Pony Clubbers in the 12-13 age group may also apply, provided they are still small enough to ride a pony, and they did not take part in the April 2010 camp.
Application forms will be sent out by e-mail on April 20th. The application form can also be downloaded from the Pony Club website from the same date onwards. Applications must be submitted to the Pony Club office between April 20th and May 4th along with a cheque to cover payment in full.
E-mail and fax applications, or incomplete applications (e.g. not accompanied by the appropriate fee or not signed by your instructor), WILL NOT be accepted.
In order to be as fair as possible, application forms received between 20th April and 4th May will be drawn randomly from the pool to fill the available places for camp. Families may submit their details EITHER using a separate form for each child, OR, if they prefer, group all siblings on a single form, thus ensuring that, if their form is drawn out, all of the family members in the appropriate age group will get into Camp together. Please note that ONLY siblings (and not friends) are allowed to submit a joint application form.
We apologise to any applicants who may not be able to obtain a place in the May camp: if you are not successful on this occasion, then your cheque will be returned, and you will be given the first priority for the next Pony Club Camp.
We look forward to welcoming everyone to the camp and hope it will be an enjoyable and fun three days.

Please note that the stables will be out of bounds to all Pony Clubbers (and parents) between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. each day in order to allow the ponies to rest and relax. Your ponies work very hard for you during camp: please be considerate and stay away from them during their rest time.
To run camp efficiently, we MUST HAVE your help.
- Be on time each day.
- Be helpful to each other.
- Listen to your Instructor.
- Have lots of fun.
